They’re working together to plan and build their designs while we sneak in some multiplication practice through area and volume along the way. Who says math can’t be fun? 😉

👑 Pep Rally and Parade — Friday, October 9th
- Pep Rally: 12:50–2:10 pm, including the announcement of Homecoming Court and King & Queen
- Parade: 2:20 pm start

🕺 Dance
- When: Saturday, October 10th
- Location: RLHS

Guest Forms
Students who wish to bring a guest to Homecoming can pick up a guest form in the main office. Forms must be filled out and returned by Wednesday, October 7th.

Parents are welcome to attend all events. There is a ticket charge to attend the dance, and admission includes watching the Grand March for the Homecoming Court.

What a great experience for our Random Lake Music and Performing Arts group!

These students spent the morning at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Sing Out Festival, learning new music alongside 600 other high school student singers before performing in a concert at the historic Zelazo Center.

Opportunities like this push our students to grow as musicians, build confidence performing in new settings, and see what's possible when they invest in their craft.

So proud of how they represented Random Lake School District!

CrossFit Kids is back! 💪

Looking for a fun way for your child to stay active this fall? CrossFit Kids combines exercise with games and functional movements that help kids build strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy habits—all while having fun.

We’re launching an exciting 4-year pilot program to take Academic and Career Planning (ACP) to a whole new level.

Nine of our K–12 staff members are stepping up as Cohort Leaders, each guiding a small group of just 7 freshmen all the way through graduation! It’s all about putting more trusted adults in our students' corners to help them:

🎓 Build a clear vision for their future

Cohorts will meet 9 times throughout the year, adding an extra layer of personalized support alongside our annual Student Counselor Parent Engagement (SCoPE) meetings.

Last week, the Random Lake FFA Officer Team took part in the Wisconsin FFA - Section 9 Fall Leadership Workshop, “Building the Future.”

It was a great evening of connecting with other FFA chapters, learning more about leadership roles, and bringing home new ideas to strengthen our chapter and our community.

Our Small Engines class has some exciting new tools and equipment to work with this year—and we have an incredible amount of thanks to give to All American HVAC and Toro for making it possible!

Last year, our Small Engines class was working with limited equipment, including one screwdriver shared among 20 students, along with their teacher’s personal tools from home and whatever odds and ends they could find.

Thanks to the generosity of All American HVAC, the shop class now has two fully stocked toolboxes filled with the tools students need to learn, practice, and gain valuable hands-on experience.

And the generosity didn’t stop there! All American HVAC reached out to their friends at Toro and asked if they could help provide small engines so the students could each have something of their own to work on. Toro generously donated more than 30 small engines, which All American HVAC picked up and delivered to the school!

We cannot thank All American HVAC and Toro enough for investing in our students and supporting the hands-on learning happening right here at Random Lake School District. These donations give our students the chance to work with real equipment, solve problems, build confidence, and develop skills they can carry with them into future careers and beyond.

A special thank-you also goes to Mr. Ruege for his dedication to creating meaningful learning experiences for his students. We’re excited to see what our students will learn, build, fix, and discover this year!
