Rebecca Charbonneau & family

Let's give a very warm Ram welcome to our new Elementary Principal, Rebecca Charbonneau! Please read her introduction below:

Dear Families of Random Lake Elementary School,

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you as the new Principal of Random Lake Elementary School. I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with you in ensuring the success and well-being of your children during their educational journey.

I wanted to share a little bit about myself. I grew up on a farm near Johnsonville and attended Howards Grove School District. I continued schooling at Lakeland University for my bachelor's and first master's. I received my leadership degrees from UW Oshkosh and have been at Sheboygan Falls for the last 23 years as a music teacher and instructional coach. I am married and have three daughters and two dogs. My hobbies are making music with my family and gardening.

Random Lake has always been near and dear to my heart. My husband taught at Random Lake and we were able to get to know the community and the family that is Random Lake.

At Random Lake, we are committed to providing a learning environment with strong classrooms, strong school culture, and strong community connections. We believe that each child is unique, with their strengths, talents, and aspirations. Our dedicated team of educators is passionate about fostering a love for learning, encouraging curiosity, and empowering students to reach their full potential.

I recognize the vital role that parents and guardians play in a child’s education, and I invite you to actively engage with us throughout the school year. Your involvement, support, and collaboration are invaluable in creating a strong partnership between home and school. Together, we can ensure that your child receives the best educational experience possible.

I encourage you to attend parent-teacher conferences and school events and join our parent-teacher association to stay informed about your child’s progress, school initiatives, and opportunities for involvement. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions as we continuously strive to improve and meet the needs of our students and families.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. I look forward to getting to know you and your family, and to working closely with you throughout the coming years.

Sincerely,
Rebecca Charbonneau
